You can sabotage the other players by playing a rain or wind card, which will cause their campfire to go out. You can also roast their marshmallows too.

Either option will mean that they have to start all the way over. Your goal is to get three toasted marshmallows in the end to win the game! Laughs will be shared all the way around, guaranteed.

Domino Set

Bringing a domino set to any campground is a novel way to pass the time. Ideal with 2-4 players, make sure you’re sitting on opposite sides of each player. Shuffle the dominos while they are face down and then let each person draw one tile.

The player that draws the highest tile will go first. From there, each player will draw 7 dominos for their hand. You will want to set your dominos up in front of you so that you can see them, but so that no one else in the group can view which ones you have.

Place the first tile in the center of the table, and that will begin the first round. Lay down a tile that you know you’d be able to build off of on your next turn. Going counter-clockwise around the table, take turns building off the tiles on the board with the tiles in your hand. If you can’t play a tile in your hand, you draw a new tile from the pile to play.

Continue taking turns until someone uses up all of their tiles. The winner is the one who uses all of the dominos in their hand. If you decide to play in rounds, then tally up the score for each round and start again. The first person to get to 100 points will be the winner of the entire game.

Collect your tiles and wait for someone to yell ‘split’ to begin the game. Everyone turns their tiles over and begins forming words in a crossword-like grid. You will want to build your words as quickly as you possibly can.

When a player has one face-up tile remaining, they will yell “peel!” and the other players will take a tile from the letters in a pile. You can say ‘dump’ to return one of your tiles to the pile, but when you do this, you have to take three more tiles now to continue playing. The winner is the first player to form words with all of their tiles in a connected grid and to yell out ‘bananas!’.
